I recently went back in to sign on after getting work for 17 weeks.I was told initally that I had 80 days left on my old claim and that I would use these up before I start a new claim for 312 days.I received letter to day and it says that I have 312 days to claim for,and no reference to the 80 days left from the previous claim.Which is correct.Tks

Best ask them about it when next signing. By what you say, your most recent claim would 'link' to the last claim and you should get balance of 80 days before requalifying for another 312 days.
