I live in england and have a problem you guys may be able to give advice on.
My next door neighbour has submitted a plan to convert her residential house to commercial shop premises.
It is a residential area but we have purpose built shops 500 yards down the street, some which remain empty.
My house joins as in semi detached. The first i new about it was the notice on the lamp post outside the house.
Iam going to put an objection in but not sure what relevant things i need to include in my letter.
Such as devaluation of my property, would that be a valied point of argument?
My worry is that if she sell her property i could end up with maybe a takeaway next door!
