I am looking at a house that is in a disc parking zone and has a small driveway that will only take 1 car. We have 2.
It is a terraced house, and is not converted into flats.
If it had no drive, I know it would qualify for 4 permits, but as it has a small drive, is this affected in any way?
I have read the byelaws but they do not seem to specifically address this issue.
