Residential High Speed internet for one month

I am currently living abroad, but am thinking of living in Ireland for one month while I sell my house. I need to be able to work (I telecommute) and so would like to set up high-speed (broadband) internet in my house for a month. I appreciate there will be setup charges which I am happy to swallow. I just don't want to be tied into a time related contract.
Any suggestions? House is in the greater Dublin area so is likely ready/enabled for high-speed.

Thanks

Most BB contracts are 6 months to a year these days. The only non contract one that I can think of is Irish Broadband's RipWave for €19.95 p.m. but (a) it's only 512Kbps which is arguably not broadband speed at all and (b) your mileage may vary judging by the mixed (mostly negative as far as I can see) reports from users of that service.

Because the House is in the greater Dublin area is no guarantee you can have high-speed.
