Reputable developers in Krakow?

4 Irish lads going to Krakow end of March to suss out and do some homework on apartment investments. Anyone know of any reputable developers we could approach rather than go through property companys who typically are adding on their considerable profit margin?

Also interested in Zakopane ski area!

have a look at www.dominium.pl for various developers. but you will still have to check them out afterwards yourselve
ie make sure they have completed previous developments and own the land they are developing.
Lawyer can probably do this.
you could also phone an estate agent and ask them about a particular biuld that you are interested in, and then go to the developer yourselve
