Just wondering what the situation is with a bank repossessed house at builders finish level that's for sale by public auction soon (online), but it has no sewerage connection , no water connection, on a small site with a few more houses that have no relation to this property at all. The other houses have their own pumping station installed that feed into mains sewerage about 500 meters away and don't want any other houses feeding into their pumping station. The site is way too small for a septic tank and wondering if the house is useless if others won't let it join up. House will need a lot of money to get it finished as it hasn't been touched in years apart from it being "cleaned up" in the last few weeks, ie, emptied of any contents, wild trees etc cut outside, etc.

Have you checked the planning file for this property,,as that should stipulate the sewerage system that should be in place.

How did things work out with this after and did you check the planning file?

There was planning in place for it to get connected to the sewer for a bigger no of houses that were never built apart from this one, but not for the one's that are built and being lived in. House will be going for sale but there will be no sewage and no connection to present one
