Reporting of purchase to revenue

Hi all, I am about to invest in the purchase of a european domiciled etf and some shares through degiro. My question is do I have to report the purchase only of both these before I declare for payment of tax after disposal?

I take it I use form 11?

Yes, you are expected to report the purchase using Form 11
