After reading the thread about the Polish windows and the debate in that thread about PVC versus timber windows I'm just wondering about windows in an apartment where the block is managed by a management company. If the PVC windows need to be replaced in one apartment is this something to be covered by the owner (is it internal feature) or the management (is it external part?). If it must be covered by owner then do they have to get the exact same windows as all the other apartments?
