Replacing hedge trimmer cable

I borrowed a Bosch hedge trimmer from my neighbour today and within half an hour cut through the cable!! Does anyone know if I can replace the cable and how much it will cost? (he gets back tomorrow!!)

Yes this is very easy to do when u are not used to them-I have done it twice
-the first time I took the casing apart and re-attached the cable -tricky enough to get it together again-the second time I bought one of those male/female connectors-which had the advanatge of weighting the cable downwards which I found useful-I have not done it since.
Even if u get a new cable u are going to have to connect it-which probably means opening the case...
