Replacement Airbag for Ford Focus

Airbag on passenger side deployed after running over a stone in the road. No other damage caused other than tyre puncture. Ford dealership looking for a king's ransom to replace airbag. Anyone know of a cheaper way?
 
You can get one from a scrap yard perhaps?

Airbags are essential safety kit, and that's an area you really shouldn't compromise in.

Just my 2p worth.

Ford parts are far from the most expensive btw.
 
what year is your focus and is what colour is this air bag cover ,i have a few second hand ones the only problem is you may need the module too as once the bag has been deployed the module cannot be used again .

The focus is 2004 and the colour is off white.

Agree re need not to compromise on safety.
