My solicitor/bank have sorted out the initial stage payments and it looks like the next thing I need to plan ahead for is someone to do the snag list.
Does anyone have any recommmendations for someone to do the snag based in the following locations:
Tuam/Claremorris/Castlerea/Ballyhaunis.
What can I expect to pay for this service (the house is your average 4 bed. semi)?
Anything else that any of you reckon I should know of in relation to the snag (havnt been through this process before), please post it here...
