I told the cro a ltd company I had open was not active any more so they disolved it, I would like to reopen it however can I do this ?
I am not struck off.
I still have the ltd company bank account and as its so hard to open a new account, would like to keep using the bank account.
I would like to change the ltd company name later on mind you, and sign a director out of the company and bank account down the line for the new venture.
