Renting to corporate tenant

Hi All

I have a rental property which will become vacant at the end of this month. I understand a local food production company rents houses in the area and are currently seeking houses. Is a house rented to a corporate tenant subject to RTB rules?

My reading of the RTB definitions would not exclude a corporate tenant from registration.
