I am interested in hearing from owners of overseas holiday property who rent out their property either a) through a local agent or b) themselves, using online holiday rentals web sites.
Any comments on what you have found either effective or otherwise would be appreciated.
From other sources, it would seem that a lot of people fail to acheive the levels of rent that they had hoped for when they bought the property and I reckon their is a market opportunity for anyone who can help bridge this gap.
Also, if anyone has sources for the numbers of holiday property owners by location, that would also be of great interest.
