renting in wexford need a management company

can anyone recommend a property management company in Wexford. I'm hoping to rent out a property and want someone to get tenants, handle rent etc.

I have previously used a letting agency in wexford and will never do again. basically all they do is get someone in and make sure the rent is paid and thats about it, any problems and they just give the tennants your number etc. its a waste of 5% of the annual rent. i have just in recent times just placed an add in the local paper,,, The Wexford People. and gotten the tennants to pay by direct debit to my account. just keep an eye that it is being paid through online banking.

As someone looking for a rental property 6 months ago i found them all equally useless. We only got a place in the end by being in the right place at the right time and pestering them. My landlord had just hired the company to fix the leasing and does the rest herself which is probably a wise way to do it. Although if you had troublesome tennants it might be good to have a company.
A friend of mine has recently started leasing, he's doing it all himself even though he'll be in Oz, he did no written contract and we agreed that if there was a problem that a crowd of us would go down and feck them out.
