Renting in Maynooth

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to find somewhere to rent in Maynooth and wanted to know if anyone had any information on Lyreen Manor or Carton Square?

Also we are two professionals looking to rent preferrably a double en suite room but there doesn't seem to be much availability. Would it be foolish to take on a lease for a house and try to find people to share with afterwards?

Any advice would be great!

There's a double room in Lyreen Manor in there and some in Griffith RAth which is a new development. I think you would be a long time getting people in after taking out a lease so it really comes down to how long you could afford to pay with just 2. The areas you've suggested are grand, but I do think they're a little on the expensive side as they're new and the investors are passing on the rate rises.
