Renting holiday apartments - Spain/Portugal

With all the paddies who've been buying "investment" properties abroad, how on earth do you go about renting them? There doesn't seem to be a daft.ie for holiday rentals or anything, is there??

edit - i see daft.ie do this, any others with perhaps more apartments for rent? Seems to be a lot of people trying to sell on that site!
