Renting Apartment in the Elysian, Cork??

My brother is looking for somewhere to rent close to the city and has just found apartments on Myhome.ie in the Elysian. They sound good and include a parking space but we're hoping someone already renting there might shine a bit more light on what they are like before a viewing is organised!

These are amazing apartments - brand new but I imagine they are quite expensive to rent. Look on daft and you will see that you could probably get somewhere better for the same amount of money. That said, I would love to live in the tower for a while..

I duno... imagin being in bed and hearing the elevator going and knowing your the only one living there.

BTW OP the apartments are currently empty (finished but not selling or renting out). They look fab inside as I have done the tour. But €1400 for a 2 bed pm is about €300 to €450 over the odds at moment in City.
