Renting an unfurnished property

Hello,
I am planning to potentially rent out my house unfurnished in the coming months.
Is there anything I am required to include even though it's unfurnished?
Washing machine? TV?
The house will have cooker, dishwasher and refrigerator which are all integrated but not washing machine.

You need, legally, to include everything that is required in the Housing Standards for Rented Accommodation 2008/2009which can be found by googling said regulations. You will also need a BER certificate.

Yes, washing machine is required for tenant.
