I am thinking of investing in a property in Ranelagh. It is one of the Red Brick houses, situated on Chelmsford Road. The property is converted into offices with existing rooms being used by current tenants.
However there is one large 300 sq foot room. Has capacity for 3/4 desks, networked, VOIP phone system, etc etc. Any ideas what the potential rental income for that would be? Or what type of tenant would go for that type of office space?
