i want to rent a recently purchased property, what is the mimimum furniture i can supply so that i can say the property is furnished?i have a fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances and a dining table and chairs.Do i just need a sofa and beds for each room now?

Depends what kind of tenants you want.

its a 3 bed house in wexford and i think it will be a family,it wont be a corporate let or anything.

Just think about what you would expect if you were a tenant.
Wardrobes, bedside cupboards, mirrors, bins, coffee table, lamps , ...

When I furnish an apartment, I put in all the bells and whistles. It's a corporate let. I did have couples asking if I could take some of the things out as they had gathered things over the years themselves. I couldn't oblige. If you intend to let to a family, I suspect they'll have most of the essentials themselves. Sofas, tables, chairs and wardrobes are definitely something you should put in unless you want to advertise it as part furnished.

I supply, beds, wardrobes, lockers, chest of drawers for each room.
Fitted kitchen with dishwasrer, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and cooker.
All kitchen utensils.
Table and chairs.

Couches and TV stand though not TV itself.

Also put up mirrors in bathrooms and supply curtains on all windows or blinds where appropriate.
