Hi,
I purchased a studio in Bansko last year. Rental returns for winter 2007 were poor due to oversupply, poor snow and my agent not been bothered. I spend time over in Bansko every year so if someone knows any good ways to advertise it there it would be great. Also, Is there any good websites where I can advertise the property myself. Any other info would be greatly appreciated.
