Rent to Buy - Has anyone completed a purchase

Hi, I am looking to know if anyone has secured their purchase using a Rent to Buy scheme, and if yes which banks will consider this??

I would also be interested in knowing any ones experience with this kind of scheme, we are approaching the end of our 2 year rent to buy scheme and time to approach the banks (aib and ptsb are, as far as I know the only two recognising the rent to buy scheme) and would be interested in hearing others experiences.
