rent suplement. changing location

Hello,
I need advice, please.I am getting rent supplement at this moment and I am on waiting list in Dun Laoghaire county council. As I understood, my child with down syndrome is not disabled enough to be placed on priority list, and it takes over ten years to get house, I am seriously thinking to move out to Cobh or near by.
I would like to ask what rent suplement I would get- in Cork city is 770 limit. Is the same in county?
do I need house needs assessment again?

Rates can be set locally within each county I think. You should contact Cork Co. Council to see what you do...

There is a table on the social welfare website with the rates per county and within counties for cities and countryside.
