Rent out 1bed grnd floor apt unfurnished/furnished with parking as office Budapest XI

My apartment in Budapest is complete and I’m looking for advice on renting.

It has been suggested that I could rent it out as it stands as an office; it’s a one bed ground floor apartment with parking in district 11.

I realise that the rent would be less that if it was furnished.

Any advice would be grateful.

What’s the story about renting out unfurnished apartments?

Has anyone any experience of renting out an apartment as an office or unfurnished in Budapest. I would be glad of any advice.
