Rent or Sell Section 23 Property

Hi there,
I currently own/occupy a section 23 apartment. However I am thinking of buying a new property to live in myself and renting out the apartment.
Would I lose my owner/occupier tax relief? Am I entitled to any relief in renting out a Section 23 property?
