Rent and overheads costs for small business

Hi, I was just wondering what peoples opinions where on this. We are in serviced offices in Dublin 3 and paying 25 quid per square yard per year for office space for 4 people and management fee which includes canteen, broadband, use of photocopiers, server, cleaning, PLI, etc. of around 1300 per month (Total around 2.3k per month) Is this good value? Thanks...
 
The management fee seems a lot to me . Im in Dublin 2 with 400 sq feet I pay less for three months than your total for one month . So If I was you I would definitely look at moving on , From my limited experience serviced offices are expensive.
There seems to be alot of office space out there at the moment and I would always try to bargain.

Cleaner 160pm (€20x2 hoursx4 weeks)
