Rent Allowance/Supplement - Question fo Landlords

I am a landlord and recently had tenants move into my property who are eligible for rent allowance/supplement.
The arrangement is that the Social Welfare is to lodge a rent payment directly into my account each month and the tenants are to lodge the balance.

Could anyone kindly advise as to the date each month that the SW should be lodging this payment into my account?
Thanks.

Did you make the arrangements with the Tenants that they would lodge the Social Welfare cheque into your account? Because Rent Allowance/supplement is usually only paid to the tenant, and it is then up to them to pass the payment on to the landlord.

Only on exceptions does the Community Welfare Officer pay the lardlord directly.

Also they can be paid there rent allowance either weekly or montly, if it is montly they are usally paid on the last friday of the month.
