If i rent rooms in my house how do i delare it?? Is it a form 12 at the end of the year??
 
Can my tenant claim tax relief before I declare the rent a room income.. I.e if they claim it now and I dont declare it until i submit a form 12 at the end/start of next year.. Do they use the start Rent Relief for Private Rented Accommodation form??
 
As far as I know the tenant can claim the private rental accommodation tax credit.
