I apologise if I have put this in the wrong forum.
We are looking at doing up our kitchen at home and have had a quote for 14K to do the whole thing. We currently have $28K in our redraw facility on our home loan and have knocked quite abot off our homeloan.
My question is what would be best to pay for this renovation also knowing that there are other renovations we want to do in the future but won't cost as much.
Would it be better to borrow more or use the cash we have saved. We are currently on 1 income as we had our first baby 9 months ago and the money we have saved was all prior to us having a baby so saving is alot harder than it used to be.
