Looking for some recommendations on work people in louth/Meath area
Some one to give us a quote (free if possible) for dry lining walls, treating dry rot and rising damp.
Our surveyor saw some evidence of this while carrying out survey.
House is just 27sq meters (we will eventually extend this)
Also does anyone know what grants are available for this, if any?
We plan on making the existing building sound, live in it for a while (temp kitchen etc... We have electrican, plumber etc in the family so that's not a problem) during which we will get plans drawn up to extend and apply for permission.
