Renovating a derelict house cost

It's a 2 bedroom 56 sq.m / 600sq ft derelict bungalow in deed of major renovation. It's a listed building so can't be demolished.

Externally it needs a new roof and a cut-limestone external wall replacing and new windows. The interior needs full replacement.

It just three external walls.

Would be grateful for any indications of costs.

You'll need roughly €100k ... but you'll have to watch the budget, get a good builder/worker you can rely on.

And price for materials yourself.

What county? Build/renovation costs in Dublin are double (sometimes triple) the cost in rural areas.
