Renault Scenic and hill starts

Hi, the wife is thinking of getting a 2005 Renault Scenic, but we have a steep driveway and I'm worried about the automatic handbrake.
Does anyone have experience of any issues that the automatic handbrake may cause on hill starts.

If anything it makes it easier.

I have driven a few laguna's and my bro's new passat with the auto brake.

You don't have to worry about the hand brake once the car starts to move on the biting point then the hand brake releases automatically.

A bit wierd at first but very easy to get used to.
