hi
is it possilbe to remove skirting thats nailed on, remove the tiles on the floor then, put down new tiles, and put back the original skirting without damagin the wall plaster or skirting???
 
It's possible, but to do it neatly will take a lot of care, also you will probably have to repaint the woodwork on completion as some damage is inevitable.
 
its prob just as easy to get new skirting. is it relatively easy to take off the skirting and relay the tiles without doing damage to the walls
