guys I have a bathroom made of beige limestone - where I live the sponge and shampoos down has developed like a black mould - I've scubs the fecker to within an inch of its like but cant get it off - anyone know how to get it off?

I have used 'Mould and Mildew remover' available in any supermarket on ceramic tiles and it worked, just spray and leave. Don't know if it will work on Limestone.

i'll give that a try and report back. Any make or model Vera?

any other suggestions?

I think Dettol make it. It is a green trigger spray and you should be able to find it next to all the other bathroom/kitchen sprays. Its about €2-3.

Limestone is more absorbent than ceramic so maybe you should check the label to see if it's suitable before you give yourself an added problem of staining??

You can try here-

These guys do specialist chemicals especially for this purpose.

They have a contact number on their site, so you can give them a call or contact them through that site.

It would appear that these only deliver to the UK, so probably not of much use here. The lithofin products they supply are carried by most tile shops and builders providers/ DIY outlets.
