Removal of sandwich bar equipment

Hello,
Does anyone out there have contacts who specialise in removal of sandwich bar equipment, i,e., walk in fridges, serve over equipment, etc and perhaps storage for same?

Do the companies expect the owner to have stripped down the equipment for easier transport?
