removal of a interior door trim on a laguna??

Hi there

can anyone tell me how to remove the driverside internal door trim as I need to get at the window/motor as its stuck in the down position, I know the window motor is a problem in these and that it can be an issue with the wiring connecting the motor to the frame linting/holding window?
