Remote Shutdown

I'm trying to remotely shutdown some PC's including my own by using the scheduler and shutdown.exe program but none of them shut down at the required time.I'm using an XP operating system,anyone had any similar problems?

Yeah Clubman I had tried there but it still doesn't run,but maybe it's a privelages thing as I've been reading that the machines need a seremoteshutdown privelage...but I don't know where that is....

If you need elevated privileges then perhaps run the scheduled task under the admin account credentials?
