We have a house in Donegal that we are thinking of remortgaging in order to buy a property in Belfast (initially to let out, then posibly to live in when we return home from overseas). I have been in contact with one broker (Rea) who can't organise both loans. Does anyone know of a broker who can recommend options for us in both Euros and GBP's?
