Remortgage for Overseas Property

Hi

Background:
I bought a proerty in the UK(Birmingham area) in 2003 and lived in it for 2 years, paying off the mortgage. I moved back to Ireland ealry 2006 and have since been renting the property through a letting agency without any problems. I have a Repayment Mortgage with Northern Rock which is costing £720 and am getting 525 in rent less agency fees.

So my question is :
Does anyone know of a company where I can get a re-mortgage for this property on a But To Let and where I can reduce the payments.
