When you are remortaging and are going through the process of it all and the loan is approved and the house if valued. Just wondering does anyone know how long it takes on average between the house being valued and the cheque coming through.

I am in the process of remortaging - the advice I got was 3-4 week.

but again I would say it depends on the provider !
