was looking for a present for a friend of mine who's an REM fanatic and would like to get something a bit different from the high record street shops. Has anyone come across a copy of the concert that REM played at Ardgillin Castle in Dublin last summer? Was at the concert and it was a cracker!!
 
As an R.E.M. fanatic myself I can point you to www.murmurs.com. On the forum there you will find a traders section and people there might be willing to send you a copy of the Ardgillian show.

Don't suggest buying the show though as it goes against the code of practice. You could just offer to send them blank CDs in return (known as a B&P).

Otherwise the official site www.remhq.com is selling the new best of album with a limited edition posters.
 
I was there and it was a fab gig, and a fab night overall, REM were storming !
