My Irish employer has just asked me to relocate to the US office. He has said that I would get a US salary. I was wondering if anyone has a checklist of benefits I should request? Things like accomodation, relocation fee?
I especially want to hear from anyone who has gone through this and if they could specify what I could request from the company?
Holidays are another big difference - typically 12 days per annum in large US companies. Why not ask your employer to tell you honestly what relocation packages they offer?
