Relief for College Fees

Hello,

Relief is 20% of qualifying fees and non-refundable.
I started a course last Sept/Oct and it finishes this June.
I know I am entitled to a relief, yet I won't be earning any money until this coming September, and doubtfully will have paid any tax between then and year end.
Will I be able to claim relief for these fees the following year?

I would think so, subject maybe to some sort of +4-year limit. See the form at the end of this [broken link removed], which asks you to specify the 'academic year to which claim refers'.
