Reistering to pay tax on Polish rental income

I have bought an apartment in Krakow and will be renting it in the new year. Does anyone know the procedure to register for paying tax in Poland on the rental income? How does it all work...what do I need to do? Then I presume I just incorporate same into my irish tax returns which is taken care of by the double taxation treaty? Sorry for the lack of fluency and correct jargon!!

Detailed information about payment of Polish taxes can be obtained at local Polish fiscal offices (Urzad Skarbowy).

In Kraków, the fiscal office is located at ul. Krowoderskich Zuchów 2, and the telephone number is (48) (12) 633-2041.
