regular savings 5k/month As I have secured a contract abroad.

I am in a position save €5000 a month for the next 6 months as i have secured a contract abroad that will pay this.

What are the best options for saving this amount?.I will need to have access to the money in Aug when my contract is up in order to attempt to purchase house here.
