Registering a partnership

When you register a partnership do you receive a partnership number against which a tax return is made? Is the only cost involved the €95 fee?

I simply want to register a partnership as I am renting out a house which is owned by a three parties and I want to make a separate tax return on this.

Yes, use form TR1 to register with Revenue and file Form 1 (Firms). You then include your share in your own personal tax return i.e. Form 11 / Form 12.

Not sure what the €95 fee is that you refer to?
