Are there any Irish firms / lawyers who will take care of registering a company in Costa Rica?

Or next best; does anyone know of any UK based firms / lawyers that do this?
 
Are you talking about Costa Rica the Central American country?
If so their tax laws are very like ours. You should talk to their Industrial development agency CINDE
 
One of the larger accountancy firms should be able to help you as they should have a presence in Costa Rica through their network.

Purple, I gave CINDE a shot but they were unable to help with the sort of operation I want to set up.
 
They got back to me promptly and I'm sure they would have been helpful had I been setting up a 'traditional' business. I want to create a company there which will operate online and won't hire many locals or have much to do with the country, so I understand their lack of enthusiasm.
