Register for ROS (issue via MyAccount & ROS portal)

I've got a definitive requirement to submit form 11 for tax year 2023......revenue makes this look like it should be trivial with some of their guides.....an option supposdely should exist in MyAccount under 'Manage my Record 'and/or you enter your PPS on ROS site selecting individual tax payer & income tax as your tax

But this what I'm facing inside my account>manage my record and then on ROS directly:

 
So a bit stumped here - have sent them a message through enquiries as perhpas something needs to be altered in their backend to allow ROS registration?

Grateful if anybody has any ideas here - in case I'm missing something

In order to register for ROS to file a form 11 you need to be registered for income tax.
To register for income tax as an individual, click on the tax registration link in your first screenshot and select register for income tax. You've got to wait for upt to three days to register to ROS after that.

Really appreciate this - it got me the right answer by getting to talk to a real person for a minute..........that person said exactly what @relax carry on mentioned

So thanks to @relax carry on too - all the revenue how-to documentation points to 'Manage My records' having a dedicated ROS tab....which it doesn't anymore.....so what you need to do is go into "Tax Registrations".........register there...sit tight for a few days.........and then ROS registration can work.

Amazingly confusing way to do things.......but such is bureaucracy in action!
 
Maybe the tab only appears in MyAccount when you are already registered for Income Tax. ?

I'll let you know - but yeah that might make sense.....its funny the act of registering for ROS, is kind of the act of signing up for separate income tax.....I guess they separated them.....being kind I'm guessing too many people we're willy nilly signing up for ROS from MyAccount so they wanted to put the brakes on!

Yep you nailed it - to get the register for ROS you need to register for income tax first...then you get that option in MyAccount
