i was refused buisness loan of 35000 i have 6000 of my own money ulster bank have a good offer on for new buisness thats why i applied but they do not tell you in there ads that they want you to have half the money you need i have good credit rating own my own house do you think i should release some equity i only have a morgage for 100k and house worth 380k or will i try other banks
